Around 100 participants were present online on 29 August 2023. The focus was on the opportunities and challenges of the fascination of hiking, the presentation of the newly founded Association “Schweizer Wandergipfel” by the umbrella Association of Swiss Hiking Trails and Gstaad Saanenland Tourism, and insights into the reference projects currently being supported by the association.
The association’s project partners are Appenzellerland Tourismus AI, Aletsch Arena AG, the CRED-T research centre of the University of Bern, Schmid Pelli & Partner AG and conim ag. The event was part of the Innotour-supported project “Swiss Hiking Competence Platform”, whose operational project management lies with conim.
