Since the beginning of his working life, Urs Keiser, born in Basel, has been dealing with the synergies between supply and attractive market potentials and their successful development by people in organisations and network structures. He focusses on the development and implementation of business concepts and their financing; financial restructuring of businesses and public-legal organisations, as well as location promotion. Supporting complex political, economic and social processes is a significant component of his work.

During his professional career up to now as an executive and business consultant, he has gained informed strategic and operational, practical leadership experience in various sectors, with the main emphasis being in the fields of Healthcare and Life Sciences; Tourism/Hospitality, Mobility and Renewable Energies. Personal high-points of his work are the successful restructuring and development of businesses and public-legal organisations at home and abroad. Urs Keiser lived with his family in the USA and Egypt for several years for professional reasons. He also has several years of work experience in the People’s Republic of China. He has long-standing experience as a member of the board of directors of companies that he has accompanied in restructuring processes. He was also a guest lecturer for “Entrepreneurship” and “Leadership” at the International Management Institute Lucerne for many years.

Urs Keiser studied Organisational Psychology and Economics (Master of Sciences) at the University of Zurich. In addition, he has a Master’s in Business Administration from the International Management Institute of Lucerne and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Development from the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland.
