Gabriele Butti was born in Lugano. He undertook his studies in the economic and managerial field by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the USI (Università della Svizzera Italiana) and a Master’s degree in Management at the HEC Lausanne, with international collaborations with the Universities of Johannesburg (South Africa) and Leuven (Belgium).
After completing his studies, Gabriele Butti started his professional career as collaborator of the Economic Promotion Office of the City of Lugano, where he supported various strategic development projects in the field of economy and tourism, from the initial planning phase to the implementation and its monitoring.
Since 2013 Gabriele Butti works as project manager at conim and is Partner since the end of 2019. He is responsible for the conim office in Ticino since 2017. So far, at conim he carried out various projects in the fields of regional economy and business management in Switzerland and abroad, including developing plans for several alpine regions, reorganizations, company valuations, investor research for several companies in the field of industry as well as development of innovative inter-company business models for hotels and ski-lift companies.
