Alicia Pfautsch, born in Johannesburg (South Africa) and raised in Zurich, started her professional career with a commercial education in the financial sector. Her motivation to actively shape business activities led her to Swiss SMEs, where she successfully implemented projects as a project manager in various sectors, such as events (trade and public fairs), textiles and interior design. In addition, she looked after key account customers and was responsible for the continuous further development of her area of expertise as a division manager. She supplemented the resulting many years of experience in project, process and product management with corresponding further training as a graduate business economist and product manager HF.
In addition to business interests, Alicia Pfautsch pursues creative approaches, is committed to sustainable solutions and values interpersonal relationships. These diverse interests have led her to complete part-time further education at the Swiss Textile College, to volunteer for a mentoring programme to support young people starting out in their careers and to play an active role in an NGO in the area of product and business development.
The opportunity to get involved in the development of ongoing business ideas and to accompany the implementation of future-oriented projects led Alicia Pfautsch to conim ag, where she has been working as a project manager since November 2023.
