conim carried out a feasibility study for the realisation of a state of the art medical center with an integrated holiday resort. The study was commissioned by an investor and was realized in collaboration with the involved key local actors. The focus was on the development of an economically sustainable business concept that considers the specific local situation from a macroeconomic and medical perspective.
