Intercompany business concepts in alpine tourism

conim developed an intercompany business concept in collaboration with the tree municipalities of Vallée d’Illiez (Canton of Valais) and the cable car companies of the Swiss side of the ski area Portes du Soleil. The cooperation envisages realizing a common operating company for the ski lift facilities and an investment company for the financing of the touristic infrastructures.
