conim, together with the Swiss Centre for Mountain Regions (SAB) and the HES-SO Valais Wallis, is responsible for the operative management for the project “Competitiveness of Alpine Tourism through Cooperation”. The aim of the project is to analyze the success factors of intercompany business concepts and to demonstrate the monetary effects that can be realized through cooperation. Concrete projects in the swiss regions Glarus Süd, Leventina and Vallée d’Illiez are put into practice together with local partners.
