On 27 March 2025, the first event for the exchange of knowledge and experience took place in Thun as part of the BENAKO project («Betrieblich nachhaltige Kooperationen»). Representatives of the three hotel cooperations Die Lötschentaler, Matterhorn Valley Hotels, and Swiss Alpine Hotels met to give an overview of the current status and the activities already implemented and in progress.
The event provided space for stimulating discussions, valuable dialogue and new impetus for future collaboration.
conim is responsible for the operational management of the entire project. CRED-T (Centre for Regional Economic Development – Tourism) from the University of Bern and HotellerieSuisse are project partners. Co-project owners are HotellerieSuisse Berner Oberland and HotellerieSuisse Valais-Wallis.
